How long does the appointment take? +

The consultation typically lasts 30–60 minutes, including a full medical history review, physical exam, and goal discussion. If you proceed with the procedure, allow 120 minutes total for consultation, anatomical mapping, procedure, and post-care briefing.

What happens step by step during the procedure? +

1. Preparation & Numbing: Local anesthetic block of the entire penis and cannula access sites. Minor pinches, then complete numbness. You remain awake throughout.

2. The Procedure: 1–3 tiny entry points for blunt-tipped microcannulas. You may feel pressure but not pain. Filler deposited into precise anatomical layers. You often see the girth increase before leaving the table.

3. First 48 Hours: Mild soreness, heaviness, or tightness is normal. Light walking and office work are fine immediately. Avoid strenuous lower-body exercise for 48–72 hours. No sexual activity for 2 weeks.

4. Critical Moulding Phase (First 72 Hours): Daily manual moulding techniques to smooth filler and ensure symmetric integration. Your active participation directly determines the quality of your final result.

5. Follow-Up (Weeks 2–4): Once swelling subsides and filler has set, minor asymmetries can be touched up to fine-tune results.

Is it painful? +

Comfort is a top priority. We use local anesthetic combined with the blunt microcannula technique. Most patients report a sensation of pressure rather than pain and are surprised by how comfortable the process is.

Are fillers safe for this area? +

Yes. We use premium FDA-approved HA and CaHA fillers. While their use for girth enhancement is "off-label," these products have been used in millions of procedures worldwide. Minor lumps or irregularities post-procedure are common and typically resolve through moulding. More persistent irregularities may require Kenalog and 5-FU injections.

How long do results last? +

Surface (HA): Up to 1.5 years. HA undergoes isovolumetric degradation — it maintains volume until just before the end of its lifespan. 100% reversible with hyaluronidase ($150/vial).

Deep (HA/CaHA Hybrid): 2+ years. The CaHA stimulates your body's own collagen; that collagen remains even after the filler itself is absorbed. Partially reversible.

We have purpose-built techniques to keep filler out of the mobile foreskin — a challenge that defeats many other providers. Both the Surface (HA) and Deep (Hybrid) options are available for uncircumcised men.

Results look excellent on circumcised anatomy. The primary consideration is the circumcision scar line, which can act as a "tether" affecting filler distribution.
